It is a dark garnet with a lucid rim, a charming aroma of briar, blackberry, and dark plum fruit. It is deep purple in the glass, and with a deep chewy palate and a hint of espresso.

A bit brawny, mid-palate, it has a complex mix of flavors of ripe fruit making it a perfect match for Ground Lamb, Lamb Chops, Leg of Lamb, or BBQ & Grilled Lamb.
